2. Orders
Order Placement: Orders can be placed through our website by selecting the desired baked goods, adding them to your cart, and completing the checkout process.
Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation with the details of your purchase.
Order Changes and Cancellations: If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us at theosbornes.rusticdelights@gmail.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order is in progress.
3. Pickup
Pickup Location: All orders must be picked up in person at the location you picked on your order form. We do not offer shipping or delivery services.
Pickup Times: Orders can be picked up during our business hours, which is communicated at the time of purchase.
Order Verification: When picking up your order, please bring a copy of your order confirmation and a valid ID for verification purposes.
4. Pricing and Payment
Pricing: All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Prices include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
Payment: We accept payments as listed on the online order forms. Payment must be made at the time of order placement.
5. Refunds and Exchanges
Refund Policy: Contact us at theosbornes.rusticdelights@gmail.com and make the request for a refund: no questions asked, no returns necessary.
Exchanges: Due to the nature of our business – sale of food items – we do not offer exchanges once an item has been picked up. In the case of an accidental purchase, please contact us and we will refund your purchase (see refund policy above).

Please note that our baked goods are prepared in a kitchen that handles nuts, gluten, dairy, and other common allergens. If you have any allergies or dietary restrictions, please inform us when placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate your needs, but we cannot guarantee that our products will be allergen-free.

Osborne & Osborne’s Rustic Delights is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our website or from the consumption of our products. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the products you ordered.
